Navigating Open Relationships, Polyamory, and Jealousy (Valencia Selestina)
Time & Location
About the Event
Dating several people at the same time, especially when your partners also date multiple people at a time, can be challenging. Jealousy often arises, and can be difficult to navigate.
In this workshop / talk / roundtable, I will be sharing my personal experience in open relationships, in the context of a nomadic lifestyle, and inviting you to share your own thoughts and experiences on the subject. Let's deconstruct the old relationship paradigms, and learn to build stronger, more lasting relationships, based on the foundations of mutual respect, love, and freedom :)
An eternal student of the universe, Valencia finds great joy in questioning conventions and norms, contemplating human constructs, and shedding old paradigms that no longer serve humanity at this time. She has never subscribed to conventional relationship models, and believes in relationships where two people are together out of choice, rather than need; where both parties enhance each others' lives and support each others' personal growth; where authenticity, vulnerability, and radical honesty are the norm, rather than the exception.
Besides being a multidisciplinary artist, master organiser, and now Founder and Artistic Director of the Metamorfosize Project, Valencia also holds endless fascination for human nature, psychology, and communications. These days, she finds great fulfilment in creating, facilitating others' creations, and bringing people together through the Metamorfosize project - her top 3 passions! She is always happy for the opportunity to share her gifts, and trusts the Universe to bring her to those ready to receive them. For ultimately, Giving is Receiving :)
