About the Event
From Qi meaning « energy » and Gong, « work », Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice aiming to move vital energy Qi through the body, in order to improve health.
Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism and Buddhism, Qi Gong relies on several breathing exercises, associated with slow-motion moves.
When practiced on a regular basis, Qi Gong generates:
– more balance and flexibility
– an improved body consciousness
– a higher resistance to stress
– a better capacity of concentration
– more self-confidence
…and many other benefits.
During the 5 Animals routine, we will regulate our emotions and activate the Qi energy in our internal organs.
